THE CARBON CAPTURE IMPERATIVE
50 years of scientific consensus tells us we must re-capture our carbon emissions to prevent our planet from overheating. Yet, many individuals, companies and even governments do not have the infrastructure to capture carbon at scale.

Third party carbon capture solution providers exist within an isolated and sporadic market. As a result, the carbon capture industry is not getting the funding it needs to tackle climate change. The carbon capture supply chain needs to be improved. It needs a centralised platform: XSC02.
The industry can increase funding by building the pool of emitters who wish to fully re-capture their carbon. However, to build this pool, emitters within the pool need to be confident that the carbon capture services they are purchasing are legitimate.

At XSC02 we connect carbon capture projects with carbon emitters, evidencing the stored carbon. Ensuring it is measurable, tangible, and traceable.
WHAT SETS US APART?
There are multiple ways to absorb CO2. Growing trees, peat bog restoration, seaweed farming and direct air capture to name a few. We at XSCO2 are method agnostic.

Our primary focus: implementing a data-driven assurance framework around the carbon emission and re-capture process.
This framework provides customers with evidence that demonstrates that their carbon capture utility tangibly re-captures the carbon they have emitted. Emitters need the ability to point, with confidence, to their unique carbon storage location. No double counting. No hand-wavey statistics. Legitimate storage that is measurable, tangible, and traceable. XSCO2 provides this service.
